The Hudson Valley Developmental Disabilities Services Office is seeking a contractor to replace the roof at Waverly IRA, including pricing for the base roof replacement and additional items: 4-foot by 8-foot CDX plywood in three thicknesses, fascia board, aluminum fascia wrap, solid vinyl soffit, and vented vinyl soffit. Additional items will be replaced only if required and approved by the Facility Project Manager. The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on materials and labor and submit a complete breakdown of materials, equipment, labor, overhead, and profit using the agency's Quote Proposal Form and Cost Breakdown Form. This is a prevailing-wage public-work project under PRC 2026025851. The contractor must demonstrate two years of relevant experience upon request, may not subcontract the work, and must comply with applicable New York prevailing-wage, certified-payroll, contractor-registration, insurance, lobbying-law, and Appendix A requirements. A mandatory site visit is required, with attendance available on either September 17 or September 18, 2026. The award will be made to the most responsible and responsive vendor offering the lowest combined price that meets the solicitation requirements.
