Description
West Ada School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified public works roofing contractors for roofing capital improvement projects throughout the District. This is Phase One of a Category B procurement process intended to establish a pool of prequalified contractors eligible to compete in future project-specific sealed-bid opportunities. No pricing is requested or evaluated in this phase. Respondents must provide company information, required certifications and disclosures, licensing information, business profile, comparable project experience, experience on occupied or active sites, Idaho and local conditions experience, project leadership and key personnel information, staffing and capacity, equipment and nonfinancial resources, subcontractor information, technical understanding, project delivery and operational planning approaches, quality management, manufacturer certification status, safety information, performance history, claims and disputes information, and references. The prequalification period is five years.
