Description
The Trustees of Indiana University are soliciting a unified bid for the rehabilitation of elevator components and controls at Sycamore Hall on the Bloomington campus. The project includes general, mechanical, and electrical construction work. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Indiana University plan room by October 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, bid security equal to 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug-testing program compliant with Indiana Code 4-13-18. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 8, 2026, at Sycamore Hall.
