The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, insurance, and related work necessary to install new siding at the Moss House at Holly Beach Farm Natural Resources Management Area. The scope also includes work on the porches and gutters, as described in the bid documents, drawings, and project manual. The solicitation is an invitation for bid with a lump-sum base bid and no unit prices or alternates. A pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
