Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane is soliciting pricing for ECOTI thermal-optic systems, including external- and internal-battery kits, ECOTI2 monoculars, mounting brackets, battery packs, cables, adapters, cases, manuals, remotes, and other listed spare parts. The solicitation also requests evaluation, test, teardown, and repair services for specified thermal-optic assets. Evaluation pricing must include shipping; following evaluation, the contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price repair quote and explanation of findings for each serial number, with repairs authorized by delivery-order modification. The requirement uses firm-fixed-price line items and a five-year ordering period with annual contract-year pricing. Deliveries are generally due within 30 calendar days of the applicable delivery-order award or receipt of failed systems. The contract includes CMMC Level 2 (Self) requirements for systems processing, storing, or transmitting Federal Contract Information or Controlled Unclassified Information, DoD unique-identification requirements for applicable items, and electronic contract data deliverables in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Adobe PDF formats.
