Description
Morrow County is soliciting proposals from qualified roofing contractors for a complete roof replacement at the Library/Museum Room. The work includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, demolition, installation, drainage and flashing work, protection of the occupied facility, cleanup, and closeout. The project is a public improvement subject to applicable Oregon BOLI prevailing-wage requirements. Proposals must include a complete itemized cost proposal and project schedule. A site visit is strongly encouraged and must be completed before the proposal deadline. The complete RFP, submission instructions, and addenda are available through the County's RFP webpage, and proposers are responsible for monitoring the County website for updates and addenda.
