Description
The Town of Litchfield is soliciting bids for exterior improvements at 29 Byrnes Avenue, including roofing and gutter work, carpentry, exterior drainage, and stamped asphalt. Project specifications are available through the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services State Contracting Portal and the Town's website. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the project site. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and will be publicly opened and read aloud.
