Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a task order for design, development, engineering, technical, programmatic, and configuration support for Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations-enabled analysis and mission engineering. The work will support development of analysis and mission-engineering capabilities for Joint Forces operating across surface, air, ground, undersea, and space domains. The scope includes test and evaluation, including experimentation with fielded, soon-to-be-fielded, and science-and-technology capabilities. Testing may use live, virtual, and constructive methods to evaluate complex Joint Force kill chains. The opportunity is limited to small-business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Seaport-NxG multiple-award contract holders, and proposals must include the applicable Seaport MAC contract number.
