Description
Mitchell Community Schools is seeking proposals for Category 2 network equipment and related services at its eligible locations. The scope includes approximately 173 three-year enterprise licenses for existing equipment, 175 wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, and two outdoor access points with three-year licensing or equivalent equipment. Basic maintenance and managed services for existing equipment and related antennas, connectors, and components are also included in the Form 470 service requests. Proposed equipment must be new, factory-sealed, currently available from the manufacturer, and include original manufacturer warranties. Vendors may offer equivalent products, but must provide a thorough technical comparison. Proposals must include detailed line-item pricing, identify eligible and ineligible costs separately, include applicable discounts and fees, provide manufacturer certifications and experience, two similar-project references, an E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute contract incorporating funding contingencies. Vendor installation is not requested, and the project may be reduced, canceled, or scaled based on funding availability.
