Description
The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision, and quality control for childcare and catering services supporting a one-day Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program training event. Childcare services must cover approximately 25 children ages 0–17 from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including trained caregivers, background checks, pediatric first aid and CPR certifications, registration and sign-in/sign-out procedures, child accountability, age-appropriate activities and supplies, safety procedures, and end-of-day cleanup. Catering services include morning coffee and tea for 385 adults and a hot lunch buffet for approximately 385 attendees, with salad, at least two meat selections, vegetables, at least two starches, assorted beverages, three double-sided buffet lines, and accommodations for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requests. The contractor must provide a technical approach and detailed pricing, comply with military installation access and security requirements, submit a draft menu for approval, and provide a final Banquet Event Order before the event. The procurement is firm-fixed-price and set aside entirely for small businesses.
