Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is soliciting electronic bids from DGS-certified micro businesses to replace the roofs of three residences at SCI Fayette: the Superintendent's residence and two Deputy residences. The project must be completed within 60 calendar days beginning on the initial job conference date. Work includes removal and replacement of roofing assemblies and related components, including metal edging, flashings, fascia trim, ridge vents, gutters, downspouts, underlayment, ice and water shield, shingles, roof edges, sealants, and associated materials. The solicitation requires compliance with prevailing-wage, insurance, self-performance, warranty, and other project requirements described in the solicitation package and addenda. Only registered vendors may submit electronic bids through the PA Supplier Portal.
