The Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization (IMPO) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) 2055. This plan will serve as the region's long-range transportation plan, guiding transportation investments and policies for the Indianapolis metropolitan area. The selected contractor will be responsible for producing a comprehensive plan that addresses the region's transportation needs, including multimodal considerations, and aligns with federal and state planning requirements.
