Description
The City seeks one or more qualified, licensed towing contractors to provide 24/7 support for police-initiated impounds, including towing, vehicle intake, secure storage, release, payment collection, and disposition of unclaimed vehicles and property. The scope anticipates up to 1,500 vehicles annually and requires at least three wreckers, a secure and monitored storage lot, customer service, vehicle documentation and reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and City requirements.
