Description
The City seeks one or more qualified operators to provide 24/7 dispatch, City-authorized towing and transportation, secure vehicle storage, and lawful vehicle release in support of municipal parking enforcement. The contractor must supply personnel, tow trucks and equipment, storage facilities, supervision, and administrative support; maintain a storage facility within 10 miles of City Hall; and meet specified response-time, documentation, reporting, security, and customer-service requirements. No minimum number of calls, service volume, or revenue is guaranteed, and the City may use a non-exclusive rotation system. Proposals must include a narrative addressing the requested approach, experience, staffing, capacity, and references, as well as a separate itemized cost proposal. The initial agreement term is three years, with one optional one-year extension. The selected contractor must meet the stated insurance requirements and obtain a City business license by award; these are post-award requirements, not proposal submittals.
