Description
The City seeks proposals from qualified towing service providers and intends to contract with up to five providers for towing rotation services. The initial contract period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with automatic annual renewal unless terminated by either party. Submitters must include rate sheets, which remain valid throughout the contract and any renewals, and the required written contract with their proposals. Evaluation is weighted 90% on non-price factors and 10% on rate sheets; award need not go to the lowest-priced submitter.
