Description
Arapahoe County seeks a contractor to provide vehicle towing and storage services for its Sheriff's Office. The contractor must maintain at least four properly equipped tow vehicles, provide 24-hour dispatch and telephone service, respond to calls within 30 minutes, and operate a secure storage facility with indoor heated storage for at least four vehicles. The scope also includes accident-scene debris cleanup, vehicle security, towing to designated locations, and related recordkeeping and invoicing. Respondents must meet specified business-location, equipment, permitting, and experience requirements, including a primary business location within 20 miles of Sheriff's Office headquarters and a valid Colorado Public Utilities Commission permit. The proposal must include company qualifications, required documentation, pricing, insurance information, and references. The agreement may be renewed for four additional one-year periods after its initial year.
