Description
The City seeks a contractor to provide offsite printing and forms management for its departments and divisions. Work includes black-and-white and color copying and printing, binding, other print-shop functions, and delivery of completed materials to the ordering departments. The contractor must have a Wichita-area location for order pickup and provide local customer service support. The scope also includes printing standard forms and larger departmental projects, graphic design and layout for miscellaneous jobs, electronic storage and retrieval of standard documents, proofing, and mailing services. Proposals should address service approach and timelines, turnaround and pricing by print type, emergency same-day delivery costs, graphic design pricing, and the ability to provide a data file for the City's accounting system. The City anticipates a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options. S/EBE participation documentation may be submitted to claim the associated evaluation points.
