Description
The City of Wichita seeks snow and ice removal services at six public libraries. The contractor must clear parking lots, sidewalks, and facility access areas, remove excess material after winter weather events, and keep these areas clear and properly treated during business hours when service is needed. Work includes providing all labor and materials, using snow and ice melt without salt near vegetation, and quoting flat rates per occurrence for three accumulation ranges: under 2 inches, 2–6 inches, and over 6 inches, for each facility.
