Description
The Mobile Airport Authority is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the complete demolition of existing structures in the former Thomas James Place community. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform the work shown in the construction plans and technical specifications, including site preparation for future development. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit are scheduled for September 29, 2026, and attendance is highly recommended but not stated as mandatory. All work must be completed by March 13, 2027. Proposals will be evaluated by the Authority, with the intent to negotiate an agreement with the selected proposer.
