Description
The City of Little Rock Planning and Development Department is seeking professional demolition of a condemned commercial structure at 3101 Asher Avenue, followed by removal of all debris. The solicitation identifies demolition services and related construction services as the applicable commodity categories and includes an asbestos report stating that asbestos was not detectable. The selected contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the City's written Notice to Proceed and complete the project within 31 consecutive calendar days. Required submission materials include a statement of qualifications responding to the Scope of Work, proof of insurance, a completed and signed Combined Certification for Contracting with the City of Little Rock form, an Arkansas State Contractor License, the online bid table, and an Affidavit of Joint Venture if applicable. A bid bond of 5% of the total bid is required when the bid is $50,000 or more.
