Description
The Camden County Improvement Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the demolition of various buildings located in Camden, New Jersey. The project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement binding all contractors performing on-site project work. Bidders must comply with applicable New Jersey affirmative-action and prevailing-wage requirements. Complete bid documents are available from Pennoni Associates, and electronic specifications may be requested by email. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled onsite at 415 Federal Street, Camden, New Jersey.
