Description
Northwestern State University is soliciting sealed bids for the demolition of Prudhomme Hall under Project No. 01-107-24-05. The work is a construction project requiring a contractor licensed under Louisiana law for Building Construction or Rigging, House Moving, Wrecking, and Dismantling (Classification 1.10). Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid plus all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds.
