Description
The State of Utah, through its Division of Facilities Construction and Management, is seeking bids from invited contractors for demolition of the Sugarhouse building and site. Only the specifically invited contractors may attend the mandatory meeting: Red Rock Demolition, Grant Mackay Demolition Company, and TID Demolition. The estimated construction cost is $75,000. The submission requires completion of the online bid table and required contractor, business, contact, signature-authority, addendum, and certification information. Bidders must finalize the online submission through the procurement portal; uploading documents and answering questions alone does not constitute submission.
