Description
The State of California is soliciting sealed bids for Phase V communication facilities replacement, Group A, at the Pratt Mountain, Bunchgrass Mountain, and Mount Pierce sites supporting the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The work includes demolition, excavation, structural steel, fencing, cast-in-place concrete, CMU block vault construction, panelboards, switchgear, generator installation, tower erection, and related labor, materials, and services. A California contractor license classification A or B is required. Successful bidders must furnish payment and performance bonds, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Attendance at both mandatory prebid site inspection tours is required to remain eligible to bid. The estimated project cost is $20,739,900, and the project term is 991 calendar days.
