Description
Norwich Public Utilities is seeking a qualified subcontractor for the L-617 C403 transmission line rebuild. The identified scope includes clearing, access, foundation installation, and structure installation. This notice is an access notice rather than the formal RFP. Interested bidders must email their company legal name, primary contact name and title, phone number, and email address to request a nondisclosure agreement. The RFP package will be released after the NDA is fully executed, and proposals will subsequently be submitted through Procore. The successful bidder must register in Burns & McDonnell's supplier registration system and satisfy applicable contracting, compliance, and qualification requirements.
