Description
The City of Piqua is soliciting electrical construction for its 69kV substation project. The work includes site and electrical construction, installation of owner-furnished equipment, testing, and startup. State of Ohio prevailing wages apply. The engineer’s estimate is $1,310,000. The bid guaranty must be at least 10% of the bid amount. Addendum No. 3 extends the bid opening deadline to October 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT. Bids may be submitted through Bid Express, by email, or as sealed hard copies. The solicitation package includes a contractor qualification statement, bid bond form, and other bid forms and project documents.
