Description
The City of Akron is soliciting bids for litter removal services at various locations throughout the city. The agreement is intended to run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with fixed pricing and a 30-day cancellation right reserved to the City. Bids may be submitted for any or all sections, and the City may award the services to one supplier or split the award among multiple suppliers. The successful bidder must provide labor and maintain workers’ compensation, general liability, and automobile liability insurance; the latter two coverages require $1,000,000 limits and naming the City as an additional insured. Each bidder must submit the attached E.E.O. Report, a completed IRS Form W-9, a Federal Tax Identification Number, and any written exceptions or alternate quotes. Bid and performance bonds are not required.
