Description
The Wayne County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a provider to deliver in-home personal care and nursing support for a 42-year-old male with cerebral palsy, severe intellectual disabilities, and complex medical needs including ventilator dependence, g-tube care, and colostomy care. The provider must be comfortable with total physical support, including bathing, incontinence care, laundry, and vital sign monitoring. The home is equipped with ceiling track lift systems. Shifts are midnight (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, totaling 24 hours per week. Staff must be reliable, non-smoking, and willing to work with a nursing team. Nursing knowledge is preferred.
