Description
A female individual in her early 30s requires Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC) services through her Level One Waiver. She experiences significant symptoms of depression that affect her ability to maintain household responsibilities, including housekeeping and laundry. The provider will offer approximately 5 hours per week of support focused on motivation, prompting, guidance, and assistance with establishing and maintaining household routines. The goal is to encourage her participation and promote independence, not to complete tasks for her.
