Description
The City of Stow is soliciting sealed bids from ODOT pre-qualified contractors for the SUM-Graham Road Resurfacing Project. Only contractors whose ODOT pre-qualification remains in force at bid submission, award, and throughout the construction contract are eligible. Bid documents are available for pickup or mailing through the Public Service Department; electronic copies are not available. The work must be completed by July 30, 2027. The solicitation requires the provided proposal forms, a USB flash drive, bid guaranty, contract bond, evidence of experience on similar projects, and a subcontractor list.
