Description
Wayne County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a provider agency to hire a designated individual to deliver HPC (Home and Community-Based Services) for a 12-year-old girl with Spina Bifida and a learning disability. The provider will work approximately 23 hours per week, assisting with schoolwork, personal care (including toileting, brushing teeth, hair, and dressing), meal preparation and monitoring for choking, and ensuring health and safety. The schedule may vary by week depending on needs and school schedule, with a more relaxed schedule during summer.
