Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting sealed bids for the Drainage Assistance Program—Lord Ashley project at 200 Lord Ashley Road. The work includes removing existing infrastructure and constructing improved stormwater drainage systems, including demolition in the right of way and on private property, catch basins, pipes, curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances. The project area is less than one acre. Bidders must be licensed to perform the work under North Carolina General Statute Chapter 87 and must be official planholders. A bid security equal to five percent of the bid is required. Bidding documents must be obtained through the designated bid room, and questions must be submitted by email by the stated deadline.
