Description
The Town of Sellersburg Redevelopment Commission is seeking a contractor for the Town Center Sewer Extension. The work includes approximately 5,740 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity sewer, 25 four-foot sanitary manholes, two five-foot sanitary manholes, approximately 4,910 linear feet of 12-inch PVC forcemain sewer, four air-release valves, and construction of the West/Northwest Pump Station, along with all equipment and services required to complete the project. The expected project duration is 270 days. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at Sellersburg Town Hall, and bidders must register as plan holders to receive official notifications and addenda.
