Description
The Borough of Woodbine is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Madison Avenue Water System Improvements project. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor required by the plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal forms and accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Consent of Surety, and a bid guarantee of at least 10% of the total bid, capped at $20,000, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and a general maintenance bond upon final payment. The project is subject to New Jersey prevailing-wage, affirmative-action, business-registration, subcontractor-identification, and disadvantaged-business-enterprise good-faith-effort requirements.
