Description
The City of Philadelphia's Water Department is conducting a prequalification solicitation for contractors to relay water mains on Almond Street from Ash Street to Pratt Street. Approved sellers will receive notice and be invited to participate in a subsequent closed bid solicitation. The estimated value of the subsequent work is more than $5,000,000. The prequalification response requires acknowledgment of amendments, selection of “NO CHARGE” for the quote line, and designation of the prequalification questionnaire as confidential. The solicitation package includes a seller prequalification checklist, prequalification questionnaire, specifications, plans, pricing pages, amendment documentation, and a consent authorization form.
