Description
The City of Branson is soliciting bids for labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Neighborhood Water System Improvements - Lakeview Estates project. The scope includes construction of water mains and services, sanitary sewer lines and laterals, storm sewer systems and concrete swales, utility and underground work, and related roadway, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, striping, resurfacing, and paving work. Addendum 1 replaces the previously issued plan sets with final signed and sealed plans, revises the pressure-reducing-valve vault access-hatch callout and the Sheet D8 grated curb inlet detail, and provides responses to vendor questions. Bidders must acknowledge the addendum on the Bid Form or by submitting the Addendum Acknowledgment with the bid. HDPE pipe is not currently an intended construction material under the City's stated resources and capabilities. A bid bond is required, electronic bidding is available, and no pre-bid conference is available.
