Description
The City of Bryan is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Woodville Road Widening Phase 1. The project includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, concrete and asphalt pavement, sidewalks and shared-use paths, storm sewer improvements, waterline improvements, sanitary sewer improvements, fencing and mailbox replacements, traffic control, erosion and sedimentation control, utility coordination, and restoration of affected public and private improvements. The estimated construction budget is $6.2 million. The selected contractor will provide preconstruction and construction services, permits and inspections, required bonds and insurance, project scheduling, traffic and trench-safety plans, material submittals, and project closeout documentation. The project package includes an addendum requiring the signed acknowledgment to be submitted with the response and identifies the cost proposal bidbook as an attachment.
