Description
The City of Auburn, Indiana, is soliciting sealed bids for the Lige Court Street and Utility Improvements project. The work includes new street improvements with curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, three drive approaches, pavement markings, and restoration. The project also includes a 6-inch water service line with new fire hydrants, a storm sewer main with storm structures and manholes, and related construction. Bids must include the required contractor forms and affidavits, applicable eligibility and certification documentation, and either a 5% bid bond or cashier's check. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 13, 2026.
