Description
The Pemiscot County Port Authority is soliciting bids for construction of a mainline rail extension. The work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment construction, sub-ballast placement, drainage improvements, culvert extensions, riprap installation, erosion and sediment control, seeding, geotextile fabric installation, construction staking, safety requirements, utility coordination, and related work shown in the plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted as PDF files by email to both designated recipients. A 5% bid bond or certified/cashier's check is required with each proposal. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of successful completion of comparable projects and submit a project list and references before the bid deadline. A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid conference is scheduled, and prevailing Missouri wage requirements apply.
