Description
Aéroports de Montréal is soliciting a contractor for the DV0004-6 central road and CellParc project at Montréal–Trudeau International Airport. The scope includes construction and reconstruction of roadways and ramps, the temporary P9 parking area and future CellParc, construction of viaduct V3, widening of viaduct V1, a geothermal tunnel, and urban technical networks including water, sanitary and storm sewers, electrical distribution, telecommunications, access control, surveillance cameras, traffic signals, roadway and pedestrian signage, lighting, airport approach lighting, landscaping, and intelligent transportation systems. The contractor must coordinate closely with adjacent Access Program projects, maintain airport operations and traffic through phased construction, manage contaminated soils and excavation water, meet environmental and Envision sustainability requirements, and provide the required construction schedule, pricing, forms, bonds, insurance documentation, licenses, safety records, personnel résumés, and supporting certifications. The submission portal requires PDF files for the listed response items, with the bid form and price schedule supplied in buyer-provided templates.
