Public Services and Procurement Canada is seeking design and construction services for replacement of the Nassau Mills Dam at Lock 22 within the Trent-Severn Waterway National Historic Site. The procurement is an open competitive Request for Proposal and includes dam engineering, bridge construction and repair, and related waterproofing work. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Attendees must register in advance with the Contracting Authority and wear a hard hat, high-visibility safety vest, CSA-approved safety footwear, and a personal flotation device or life jacket.
