Description
The Town of Orono is soliciting sealed bids for renovation and addition work at the existing Orono Public Library. The scope includes associated civil, earthwork, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work shown in the bidding documents. Bidders must register with Haley Ward, Inc., pay a non-refundable $100 registration fee, and submit bid security equal to 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price, and comply with applicable USDA Rural Development funding requirements and Executive Order 11246 requirements. The substantial completion date is to be proposed by bidders.
