Description
Colquitt County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a new agricultural complex in Moultrie, Georgia. The scope includes furnishing all required equipment, materials, and labor for complete building construction and grounds work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit are required for prospective prime bidders. Bids must include a bid bond of at least 5% of the complete bid amount; the selected contractor must provide performance and payment bonds after award.
