Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for construction services at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta, for the Department of National Defence. The OCSL covers commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work with an estimated value of $10 million and below, for the period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers may apply at any time, but are encouraged to apply by March 4, 2026. Applications must be submitted through MERX. The OCSL will be used to tender construction services, and contractors on the list will be invited to bid electronically via MERX. Tenders may include security requirements such as Designated Organization Screening (DOS) or Facility Security Clearance (FSC) up to SECRET level. Set-asides for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) may apply.
