Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for construction services at CFB Suffield, covering commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work. The OCSL will be valid from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers must apply through MERX and indicate their preferred official language. The OCSL will be used to tender construction services with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Contractors who were on the previous OCSL must re-apply. Tenders may be set aside for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Security requirements may include Designated Organization Screening and Facility Security Clearance up to SECRET level.
