Description
Assumption Parish Police Jury is soliciting sealed bids for renovations to the Assumption Parish Health Unit. The work is classified as building construction and must be completed within 55 calendar days after the written Notice to Proceed, subject to milestone deadlines in the Project Manual or approved change orders. Bidders must submit the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form, bid security equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, and a corporate resolution or other written evidence authorizing the person signing the bid. Bidders must hold a Louisiana license for the Building Construction classification. An electronic bid bond is required for construction projects, and the bid package must be submitted electronically through Central Bidding.
