Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil construction work required by the Department of National Defence at CFB Petawawa and its satellite site in Pembroke. The OCSL will be valid from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers must apply through MERX and indicate their preferred official language (English or French). The OCSL will be used to tender construction services with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Contractors on the OCSL will be invited to bid on opportunities as they arise. Tenders will be conducted electronically through MERX. DCC may also set aside tenders for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). Contractors must have an active MERX account to submit bids. DCC reserves the right to establish other source lists or post tenders openly.
