Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors and suppliers to apply for placement on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil construction work required by the Department of National Defence at ASU Toronto and its satellite sites across Central and Southern Ontario. The OCSL will cover three fiscal years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers may apply at any time, but are encouraged to submit by March 4, 2026. The OCSL will be used to tender construction services with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Interested parties must submit a request through MERX and indicate their preferred official language. Contractors on the previous OCSL must re-apply. Tenders will be invited electronically through MERX, and bidders must be registered on the OCSL to be considered. DCC may also set aside tenders for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, and may require security clearances such as Designated Organization Screening or Facility Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
