Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for contractors and suppliers to provide commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil construction services for the Department of National Defence in the National Capital Region (Ottawa and Gatineau). The OCSL will cover three fiscal years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029, and will be used to tender construction services with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Contractors and suppliers must submit a request through MERX and indicate their preferred official language (English or French). Those previously on the OCSL must re-apply. The list may also include set-asides for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.
