Description
Oregon Metro is seeking proposals from one or more contractors to provide drop box transportation services for the Waste Prevention and Environmental Services Department. The agency may award contracts to multiple firms, with no guaranteed loads or tonnage and no exclusive transportation rights for current or future material streams. A voluntary pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for September 2, 2026. Attendees must wear a hard hat, high-visibility vest, and safety glasses while on site. Proposals are due through the designated electronic procurement process by September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
